Today I’m glad to present you my first contribution to the Unity3D Asset Store:

I hope the community understand that! Those AAA games added to linux catalogue is a leap forward for linux gaming. Ea games and especially Respawn works are great and very played. Apex is the most tactical and strategic battle-royal to play today. Now add Fortnite and other epic stuff, and it will be 99.99% overall game compatibility with. May 19, 2008 I had to write a small anti-cheat for our game after we added leaderboards in permadeath mode so people wouldn't copy saves. I won't tell you how it works obviously but as with most of anticheats it's a custom solution that's really simple but a pain in the ass for someone to find and crack.

This is a tiny toolkit, created to help you protect your Unity3D project from many cheaters / hackers (not from all – skilled and well-motivated person can hack anything). Current ACT version allows you to protect sensitive variables and PlayerPrefs from cheating.

1. One cause of system or game file integrity errors can be system hardware instability. Your PC may seem to run completely normally but occasionally generate incorrect calculation results. Easy Anti-Cheat's integrity checks are sensitive to hardware failures, especially when related to the hard disk or memory.
2. Pastebin.com is the number one paste tool since 2002. Pastebin is a website where you can store text online for a set period of time.
3. Your users bought the game, they should be able to cheat if they want to, as long as they're not playing against others. Here are a few things that I've done. These were mostly done for anti-cheat systems on tournament games, where money is at stake, and certain levels of intrusion on the user's system is considered acceptable.

So, currently ACT allows you to keep variables safe from all kind of memory searchers (Cheat Engine, ArtMoney, etc.) and prevent your saved PlayerPrefs data from altering by any person on any platform. /adventures-in-ponyville-game-cheats.html.

How To Add An Anti Cheat To Your Game Online

Just add ACT DLL into your project and replace PlayerPrefs to PlayerPrefsObscured, sensitive int to ObscuredInt, float to ObscuredFloat, etc. and you’re done! Really 🙂
This is all you need to do to add some protection from cheaters to your project in no time, no any additional steps required!
For more flexibility I added custom crypto keys usage (not necessary, but feel free to use it), if you’re nerdy enough 🙂
ACT is very simple and intuitive to use as you can see – you shouldn’t have to know something special at all. Hope you’ll like it!
